Sara Marconi

Originally trained as a social worker, Sara reached a turning point when undertaking a Master in Management of Social Enterprises with a focus on the Social Impact Evaluation issue.

Since she started to collaborate as a junior researcher with Fondazione Fitzcarraldo, she has begun to explore the multipurpose connections between social and cultural sectors to deeply understand how they can work together in audience development and engagement processes, as well as for individual empowerment and community building to enhance social cohesion and inclusion.

There are some words she particularly cares about: accessibility, engagement, cross-sectoral integration, cooperation and synergies.
